The bus itself needed some maintenance as its overhead compartments rattled the entire drive. In addition the driver drove very recklessly, getting extremely close to other drivers on the road, braking pretty hard or changing lanes erratically. Surprised I wasn’t motion sick by the end of the trip.

Greyhound was great. It was the horrible holiday traffic that couldn’t be helped! But I give credit to the driver for persevering through some of the worst holiday traffic I’ve seen and with that giant bus full of people. Bless her. I’m happy the bus has ports to charge my phone and WiFi. Comfortable ride for a fair price.

i was going to Orlando International Airport to catch flight to chicago and i missed my flight that costs me 170 dollars and i had to book another flight that costs me 507 dollars. I will never ever recommend this to anyone first and last.

The bus driver was extremely rude, the bus was extremely late and the person behind the desk was extremely unclear with details and even rolled her eyes when I asked her for help because I was confused on where to get picked up. The buses condition was unsanitary, it smelled bad and the seats felt grimy. I will never book with greyhound again
