Missed the bus at 8 am because the driver just drove past without even slowing down to see if there was anyone at the bus stop, transferred my ticket to the 12 pm bus, and got on the WRONG BUS because I couldn’t understand what the driver was saying and he didn’t check the tickets if anyone who got onboard. Ended up all the way in Ft Meyers instead of Orlando, needing to get picked up by my family and money wasted on the tickets I bought to and from Orlando. Will not be using RedCoach ever again.
Very nice drive by the driver and was good and safe trip.
I could not understand the driver. The driver had a Thick accent.
Definitely not recommended
Back up driver friendly, helpful. We were waiting for bus, didn't come for 1 hr so we called, agent said based on his bus GPS it's coming in 30 minutes. Tallahassee bus but driver just kept saying 'Tallahasee' then took off after loaded passengers. Another 1/2 hour went by, Miami bus came, driver help call their office found out Orlando bus broke down, sending backup bus be another 30 minutes. Another hour later, backup bus came. He said busses rarely break down. Other people in that area said Fridays bus can be several hours late due to traffic. I missed my events because of this problem. I'll not use redcoach again. Greyhound bus reliable. Thanks.
Very good service!
On time and efficient. Driver was good and greeted everyone.
The bus came 45min late without notice. And the destination changed without notice.
There was no ac
The driver was extremely friendly. It was a great trip!
I got an email that my bus had been pushed back but my account information didn’t change so I had to call several times to confirm pick up. They also pushed the time back two hours without any compensation.
Had a bit of confusion at the pick up, as they didn't send a shuttle, it was just an unmarked car, due to only having 3 passengers, but the driver apologized and was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though we left late he got us to Orlando in comfort. Even with issues outside of his control, I would recommend again for sure!
Driver was very helpful and amazing
The guy was a good driver. However the bus was late and the driver was snarky and trying to make it seem like it wasn't his fault he was so late. He never apologized either.
Great deal all around. If i dont find a cheap airfare ill go on with Red Coach up to Atlanta.
Bad! More than 2 hours late.
Ground desk staff were unhelpful and didn’t inform anyone that the bus was more than 2 hours late unless we specifically enquires at the desk and word spread. Bus was nice and luggage handlers were polite but I was VERY late to the airport for a flight, a 2 hour delay is completely ridiculous
The departure was scheduled for 7:35pm from Tampa. The driver left at 7:15pm (the bus was not full). We arrived 20 minutes before the scheduled departure right at 7:15, and the bus was closing up and getting ready to leave. We were frazzled and the bus drive essentially told us he can leave whenever he wants. This experience was outrageous, and should be escalated to this drivers manager.
The bus did leave early.
Bus stop was a little sketchy; and wierd people standing outside yelling; people laying down on the floor.
Great trip Ms Collins great driver.
Apprehensive earlier as I never had traveled Greyhound before but the experience was very nice !!
Organisation not great
The bus was delayed which was no fault of the staff but added 2 extra hours to my trip
