Bus from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale: Tickets & Schedules

Terrible. Was scheduled to leave at 11:55, didn’t leave until 2:30. Had to stand and wait in the rain

My experience with FlixBus was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. My trip scheduled for 6:00 PM was canceled without any prior notice. I did not receive any email, text message, or phone call informing me of the cancellation. Because of this lack of communication, I was left waiting without information and ended up departing at 10:39 PM — the same time I was originally supposed to arrive at my destination. This caused stress, exhaustion, and completely disrupted my plans. This situation is not fair to passengers. The lack of communication and poor handling of the cancellation made this the worst travel experience of my life. FlixBus needs to significantly improve its customer communication and responsibility toward travelers.

Didn't enjoy being stranded due to delayed bus, then after almost 2 hrs waiting the bus had to cool down by water being added and emergency window was open during trip. So yes this was the worst $79 i spent on a trip.

We had a signed seats when booking and when we got on no one was in there right seat and the person it front of me head was in my lap and legs uncomfortable and I paid for extra leg room

On time clean and comfortable bus and as soon as walked in Chris helped us out with lots of info - we had lots of touristy questions and he assisted us happily

Check in was good, staff were friendly and informative. Schedule had several last minute changes that was a floating target. We booked for an afternoon bus, got an email that it was cancelled and rescheduled for a later time. We called and got an earlier afternoon bus. the day of the trip, we got another email that the schedule was moved up to a late morning bus. When we checked in, the bus was going to be 2 hours late and we ended up finally on our way at 1 p.m.. The coach had a restroom but the toilet was full and could not flush. The seats were a little tight for my size, but the trip got us to our destination.

3 hrs late departure. Had to cancel all my vacation plans for the day. Station workers were rude and gave no updates on the delay.

It was awful. The bus leave three hours later. Noby gave us information about the reasons of the delay, neither the new hour to leave. Besides the bus suffer a damage about five minutes after the departure,.We have to wait for half and hour in the bus. Nobody tell us nothing . It was a lack of respect with the passengers.

Bus driver was very good & helpful the depot was a very confusing & disorganised & staff were loud & abrupt in controlling the crowd.

I choose to take the bus instead of flying down because the ride is so relaxing and stress free

I’m satisfied with everything even though there’s a little late, but everything was okay.
