Seats very close together on our bus but on time, usbs and PowerPoints and comfortable quick trip
We had to find alternative transport urgently to arrive at the airport on time as allegedly the bus was delayed 1h40. We were notified 20mn after official departure time. It is clear that they simply cancelled our schedule and put us on the next bus, pretending it was because of a delay. Appalling service.
2 hours delayed. And when I arrive to Barcelona, became other trip to Palma de Mallotca by plane or by ship, so I cannot arrive later.

My journey was cancelled. I tried to ger another bus but was not allowed.
The timing is all important for travellers. I was fortunate to catch my flight from Barcelona and was only allowed to board as I had a subsequent connection at the next arrival airport. The whole trip was subsequently very distressing as there was no time to recover either on arrival in Barcelona or the following flight connection. A minor complaint is alsom that the bus station Barcelona Nord has no baggage handling facilities and egress and access to the taxi rank is very difficult with luggage,
