Great bus very comfortable only bad point was at Barcelona bus station where we were confronted by a scruffy man who pushed his way into the lift and managed to get into Sheryls handbag and take the wallet out, he was about 5ft around 40 with a beard and made out he was helping us with the suitcase
The driver was indifferent to passengers. We were not informed by the driver about the length of stop in the middle of the route but from another passenger. The cautiousness on the road was limited and the driving didn't feel safe.
Very happy with bus line check in easy. Bus loading easy. Driver spoke Spanish which I did not understand. So not sure what his message was. We arrived safely in Barcelona after a very pleasant drive. Easy waiting area for a taxi
I had a good bus trip! There was a bit of confusion of who had to get on which bus (there were 2 going to Barcelona) but once that was figured it it was fine.
Missed my next bus to Girona airport because the bus took an extra 50 minutes to arrive in Barcelona. It was supposed to arrive at 14:15 and arrived at 15:00
Fantastic service! I loved that seats were pre assigned, the TVs with movies and tv shows were genius! This was my first time on ALSA and I’ve got a few more trips booked with ALSA over the next month. I’ve ridden with other brands like OuiBus and Flixbus and ALSA blew them out of the water. I will always make ALSA my first choice.
Overall the trip was very good a little late going and had to change over to a different bus as the driver of the first bus wanted to split me up from my children. As soon as we where all on the 2nd bus anything was good
Great experience, super easy. The bus was about 39 minutes late for departure, but we expected it (it’s Spain). My seat was broken and wouldn’t recline, unfortunate for a nighttime ride, but overall we had no issues.
Very poor air conditioning, uncomfortable for long trips. No amenities like charge stations, etc. Website of the ALSA was not processing the payment so we had to use BusBud.
Luggage claim iş crazy. Everybody puta tahrir bags by them selfs. No numaratör for lugagaes. I stressed for lossing my backpack because somebody who get out ofthe bus before me can take my luggage.
The trip was good overall. However, the chairs were to close to the one in front and after the passenger in front of me pushed her chair back I didn't have space at all. I tried to push my chair back and the handle didn't work.
During waiting time prior to embarkation, may be it would be good to have someone, apart form the driver, to attend to the passengers. Otherwise, everything was fine. The trip was smooth, the bus comfortable and the times of departure and arrival were respected.
Great and efficient service! Staff was wonderful and the price sure is better than the expensive train. Would definitely use ALSA in the future and recommend to others.
