It was thirty minutes late. We did not get our reserved seats. We then waited a long time for the driver to let us off the bus at the end (because the drop off was locked)- we were right across from our hotel and it was 2am.
Tentei fazer o cancelar varias vezes e não consegui . Tem que tem maior facilidade no acesso.
Bus was running very late. The toilet didn't flush and the whole bus smelled like it.
According to multiple reviews, customers loved and admired the bus driver for being sweet and attentive. They also mentioned that everything went smoothly with friendly female drivers. However, some customers experienced delays of about 30 minutes without any notification through the app, causing inconvenience while waiting in the rain. It would have been helpful to receive notifications so they could make alternative arrangements or find shelter during the delay.

Philly bus "station" is just a street pullover in a bleak part of the city. No facilities whatsoever and bad accessibility by public transit. Absolutely unnacceptable. And for some reason, the trip was slowed even further because the driver wouldn't utilize HOV or dedicated bus lanes, so we spent more time in regular traffic than we should have.
I booked to be picked up at cherry Hill Mall in New Jersey, and had a difficult time finding where the bus stopped, the sign was very small. I sent about 15-20 minutes circling the parking lot. No direction on the web site as to where the pick up was located. Outside of that, the service and ride was excellent
We had no legroom, seat was almost in the next seat. No wifi, no charger. Smell from the toilet was horrible
