Driver was very nice but the bus was filthy. I can understand old, and while the seats and bus were ripped and in not so great condition, the main problem was that the bus was very very dirty. Bad smell too.
Users have shared positive feedback about the friendly and attentive drivers, as well as the clean and comfortable buses. However, some travelers experienced challenges such as difficulty locating bus stops due to unclear signage or directions online. Additionally, there were reports of non-functional outlets on board and a lack of communication regarding delays through the app.

They got me where I needed to go, traffic slowed it down, that's whatever. But the outlets weren't working, and my phone needed to charge, that sucked. Then the driver kept making announcements telling me and the person beside me to stop talking to each other, even though we were being reasonable in our volume. Don't know what his problem was.

The worst experience ever, we got stuck on the highway because the bus kept overheating. Was late to NYC by 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I booked to be picked up at cherry Hill Mall in New Jersey, and had a difficult time finding where the bus stopped, the sign was very small. I sent about 15-20 minutes circling the parking lot. No direction on the web site as to where the pick up was located. Outside of that, the service and ride was excellent
