I’m very disappointed I will never travel with greyhound anymore never in my life please give me back my money
We missed the bus as there was no staff on site. Buses were not marked, no announcements and no platform listed on the screen. Once we found a staff member at exactly our departure time they said the bus had already left. Very poor experience. The terminal had homeless people flooding in and out. We ended up having to take a $140 Uber to Newark so we didn’t miss our flight. Very disappointed.
I am very disappointed in the communication of the staff. I didn’t arrive to my destination (Newark) on time, and missed my religious obligation to break my fast. I was forced to leave from New York, (the area I got dropped off in) and had to walk from 41st street to 34th and took an alternative route which was the path train. Please call me or reach out to me because I did not get to my destination and I am very dissatisfied with what happened.
