It was disappointing that the bus was late to leave from Sacramento and we missed an important meeting in San Fran. We had thought given Greyhound is a major company it would at least run on schedule, however sadly not only that it was 40 min late, the driver did not even apologise for the delay or communicated with us as to why he was late. We are visiting from Australia and missed an important meeting we had planned in San Fran.
The driver was clearly in a bad mood last night and had an attitude with customers. The bus was running 15 minutes late and the communication system was echoing strangely when announcements were made to update costumers. On a more positive note the driver drive safely and we reached our destination
smelled like feces the ENTIRE ride. would not pay even $1 to go on a bus like that.
