Sham Trip. Sold as Amtrak train LA to SF 11 hrs. After 3 hr train ride, in Santa Barbara Amtrak unloaded all passengers onto a bus for 8 more hours. The clean train with power plug in, spacious leg room was replaced with a cramped bus, no lights, no leg room, greyhound quality. No where in the description did they say they were replacing the train with a BUS

Staff were helpful and train and bus were very clean
The service received positive feedback for being punctual and comfortable, with good drivers. However, there were issues with the internet connection and lack of seating at the Flixbus lot in Cesar Chavez. Overall, customers appreciated the trip experience despite these minor inconveniences.

The driver was crazy and I felt unsafe from start to finish with how fast she was driving. Absolutely none of the sockets worked to charge phones which I find appalling seeing as the price we paid. My group had 0% and was bagging on the phone chargers so we could carry on our travelling once arriving in San Francisco.

The WiFi did not work, there was no available spots to charge my phone. The ticket said it was going to stop by terminal 8 and we found out just a few minutes that it was parked at terminal 3. No one gave us notice of this change and we almost lost the bus. Plus the driver and the woman in charge were very RUDE. I would not recommend to anyone this service.

The bus driver did not park at the right terminal which was confusing and I had to find check and see if it was the right bus. The entire ordeal was at midnight with no other buses in sight We may have left behind a bunch of patrons due to this possible mistake which I tried telling the driver
According to the reviews, customers appreciate the professional and smooth driving of the driver. The service is described as spacious, simple, and reliable. However, there were complaints about a late departure of nearly 40 minutes with uncomfortable seating conditions and cleanliness issues in the bus toilet.

Bus was delayed by an hour with no prior intimation and we had to stand out in cold. Also, the charging points in the bus doesn’t work.

Unfortunately bus left nearly 40 minutes late.
Lucky it wasn’t fully booked as my seat cushion was all ripped open with the stuffing missing and seat base was broken and I was able to change to a different seat which was still not very comfortable but at least not ripped and broken, although it too had metal brackets protruding above the seat cushions which stuck into your lower back!
Toilet was not very clean and smelt fairly ordinary to say the least and also had no sink to wash your hands once finished - only a hand sanitizer dispenser.
Good points - the driver was friendly and sorted out and stopped a constant beeping coming from the toilet (which apparently was an alarm for a broken fuse).
Also after leaving Los Angeles considerably late the bus ended in San Francisco on time.

Awful organisation. We got an email on a change on our bus, but it wasn't specified what was the change. We spoke to four different people, got two different tickets and we had to deboard the bus at Glendale and find the other bus by ourselves. The staff was rude throughout. Will not travel with them again.
