I was not able to locate the site for the bus pickup. I followed instructions provided by the staff at a Greyhound Kiosk at the San Ysidro border, but the bus never arrived where I as told it would arrive to pick up passengers. So I had to buy a new ticket from another shuttle company.

El bus nunca aparecio por la terminal que indicaron en la aplicacion y en el boleto, por lo que nunca pude abordar. No me devolvieron nada ni se hicieron cargo de nada. Por culpa de esto perdi 2 vuelos internacionales y mucho dinero. De terror
