A really comfortable first class Cama service slept all night.
No seat belts
Very comfortable seats, stuff helpful. There is toilet and blanket
Comfy, on time.
Very comfortable and great value.
The bus was late and arrived at the destination 2.5 hours after the printed time
Buses Fierro met my expectations but there is room for improvement. No one wants to watch a violent movie late at night when everyone is trying to sleep. The light and sound of the movie kept me awake. Also, we arrived to our destination an hour later than planned. Overall, the trip was fine.
Comfortable, clean (especially the toilet - so much cleaner than other bus services!).
Very comfortable. Will look to travel ETM again.
DEPARTURE: Santiago Terminal Sur Thursday, April 20, 2017, 7:45 PM San Francisco de Borja 199-225 Santiago, Estación Central Región Metropolitana, Chile Peguei táxi para o endereço San Francisco... e não tinha os balcões da Ferro bus lá. Tive que andar 4 quarteirões pra chegar no local pra retirar as passagens. Por favor alterar o endereço.
I missed the bus because the bus station screen said the bus was delayed for an hour and a half after the bus had already left. When I finally found the office to ask them about the bus they told me it left on time and they couldn't do anything for me because the problem with the screen was not their fault. The man said he could only get me a bus 24hrs later, which would have meant that I would have missed 1 of my 2 1/2 days of my trip. He didn't offer to help me find another way to get there at all or seem apologetic about the situation. In the end I had to buy two more bus tickets to get to my destination.
Very comfy seats, slept well
