Generally worked well and easy to use. We're slightly late leaving whistler as the bus was full and it took a while to get luggage loaded. Driver was very helpful though.
Bus service and drivers good. Puck up arrangements and signage for first time user at both ends could be better. Return traffic delays in Vancouver for the airport induced some anxiety during journey. We thought 6 hours should give us a gentle 3 hour check-in but only arrived 90 minutes before international flight. Traffic related timing advice at particular times might be helpful.
Everything was great. Except, It took us awhile to figure us a while to figure out where the pick up location was. “Gate 9 international departure area” Would have been helpful if that was on the e-ticket.
Bus to Whistler was cancelled and no notification was sent to customers resulting in customers waiting for a bus that never came. Absolutely terrible customer service, will not recommend Skylynx to anyone
Skylynx has to be the most pleasant bus experience I’ve ever had - the bus drivers have always been amazing and the bus itself is so enjoyable and comfortable
Excellent. I think our bus driver's name was Andrew, and he was very friendly and professional. I liked that the bus was spacious and well ventilated. I'm glad I went with Skylynx.
Your bus driver was so tired that he almost sleep couple times on road ... He wasn't able drive safe ... He was not even able to stay with bus in his line. Not professional and not safe at all ...some passengers also took video of him
The service was great, I was just not impressed with the quality of the bus itself. The seats were smelly and old, and we didnt get to watch any movie during the drive.
