Bus drivers are really friendly and kind but I didn’t expect that there were many people in the bus I was a bit worried about covid.
What a ride! Beauty scenery with giant windows to view and a smooth, crisp ride
U have TV screens but nothing not turn on no movies
Clean bus, on time, friendly staff. No complaints!
Quality trip with plenty of fantastic views, the bus drivers were helpful and friendly and the bus its self was very comfortable! There's enough stops on the way to stretch your legs and use the washroom that you'll barely have to use the one on board, overall very happy with my trip!
Great experience, beautiful drive! Was late because of an avalanche but was a great drive overall!
Nice bus ride. Even in winter conditions, bus was on time. Comfortable seats and toilet inside. Enough breaks to get some snacks.
It’s the weather conditions cause the delay. It’s all good. Thanks for the delay let me could catch my bus. The driver was a good driver I felt safe and comfortable.
Staff was excellent bus was somewhat comfortable road conditions were not great but the driver still got everyone to their destination all in all a good trip
Comfortable bus. Stopped a bit often for an Express but it was nice to get out and stretch. Drivers were friendly and courteous.
Good experience. Could have used one less break at Golden and one more break at Banff or Canmore.
Driver ron is too gud I really enjoy this trip
It was totally satisfied. The space between seats should be more than this.
Staff was wonderful, bus was clean. Would recommend
the driver ron is amazing and cool
Great overall. Good comfort, on time, professional staff. The only issue is that the bus was idling for no reason during breaks, sometimes for 30min in a row in a mild day. So much fuel wasted and avoidable carbon emissions.
Great trip wonderful funny safe driver. Lots of room bus smelled great
Rider express made a long journey across BC to Calgary feel short. Thanks guys, keep doing what you’re doing.
everything was okay
Very good service
Very good driver is responsible
Both drivers were friendly and professional and ensured all passengers were respectful of others space and need for quiet. Often checked on us for feedback on temperature. Only reason bus was late is because we hit a snowstorm after Canmore. Our driver put our safety over schedule and I felt he was a very competent driver. Bus was clean and comfortable. Great trip.
It was an amazing trip.
Excellent experience . Clean bus interior , friendly staff and on time service .
The bus ride was horrific. The people in front of us were dirty and stinky. Played music and made phone calls on speakerphone.
Though the bus reached late to it's destination, the journey was pleasant. The driver and assistant were very helpful n cooperative.
