Terrible. Bathrooms were disgusting doors broken. Bus dirty. 3 hours late and took 10 hours longer than advertised

The ride itself was super smooth and the seats comfortable but the TV was too loud, no soap/ running tap water on the toilet and the „big“ stop for food was a little late and not very good but we had enough snacks so that was alright

Our bus arrived 2hrs late which I understand can happen. The seats we were booked were taken and the people were sleeping. We had to wake them and in very limited Spanish got them to move and I got the impression they were not happy. The bus smelled of urinine and not a pleasant environment for a 15hr journey. On route I was by a noise and some kind of incident had occurred resulting in some damage to bus and loss of side mirror canopy, an ambulance was in attendance but unclear of the details.

Cruz del sur has usually been ok. But this service from nazca to cusco left late and the breakfast was not good

The itinerary was affected for reasons out of their control. Not mad at them. Rather they be late and safe than early or on time at their passenger’s risk.

Again not happy, staff was unfriendly and was rather watching tiktok video’s then working

Easy to book Bus cancelled - told when I arrived at the bus station - roads closed BUT due to receiving an email earlier that day confirming the bus I booked my MP tickets, train etc - hundreds of sterling lost AND lost the experience I had come to Peru for 😭

The whole bus smelt like pee and toilet. I was also sat right next to the toilet although the whole bus was nearly empty. The snacks they provided us were some biscuits, a chocolate bar and a water, very meagre. And although the road is very windy the driver drove like a maniac.

1/ the seats were not 160 degree as advertised 2/ the driver was overly fast at night, many of the passengers were sick 3/ service was not very friendly - the staff seemed stressed
