The bus didn’t arrive. All passengers waited over 2 hours and when one called the customer service line the respondent informed him that the busses GPS was not on and they could not predict when it would arrive. I ended up purchasing a ticket on flixbus which I could not fault. Very disappointed in bla bla bus - how is a bus over 2 hours late with no communication to passengers?
Several users have highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the bus drivers, which contributed positively to their travel experience. However, there were consistent reports about buses being late by approximately 45 minutes due to various reasons such as wrong turns or technical errors during boarding.

The bus I booked and paid for online did not turn up. I had no communication and I had to find alternative transport which cost me more money. I also missed my connecting train. Very unhappy with this service.

The application changed the ticket date to some obscure date .. It would net allow a change to the ticket .. the bus company would not exchange the ticket and the app company said it was the bus companies responsibility .. The app also was extremely difficult to add a second passenger ..
