The driver was rude and unhelpful. He could see people had cases but didn’t open the luggage compartment door until I had lifted my case up to the drivers seat where he then gestured to get off and opened the door. At no point did he offer to help. It was not clear whether we were on the right bus.

As a disabled passenger who used plana's service for the 1st time I can only say that I was really satisfied with the way the driver was dealing with checking me in and my 8 years old son especially that I missed my actual coach at 17.40 due to a flight delay and I was worried that i wont be admitted in the next one but the i have been given a top service from the driver. The only thing that I can complain about is that I couldn't find any socket to charge my phone but overall I'm satisfied with the service .
