Unfortunately the bus was late by over 40 minutes with no explanation. I missed the last train out of Perpignan to my village. I set off from Vienna at 8.30 am. No problems with metro, airport train, flight, airport bus or subway to Barcelona Nord.
It was an extremely unpleasant encounter. Both bus drivers displayed very poor behavior, shouting at customers and exhibiting a negative attitude. Additionally, the first two rows were reserved for the second driver and a child, presumably the son of one of them. The child was sleeping without shoes, and his feet emitted a strong odor. To compound matters, the driver was not wearing shoes; he was barefoot, which is against regulations and left me feeling quite unsafe in terms of my personal well-being. Moreover, the bus itself was both dirty and malodorous.
Air conditioner was not working and hot air blowing the entire ride and it was 31 (90) degrees outside. Uncomfortable and not enjoyable at all. Secondly a passenger was asked to leave the bus before departing and made a big scene. We left more than 15 min late.
