Our ride was excellent, my wife said our driver was like Michael Buble in a Spanish body. I'm sure he will be glad to hear that. The bus was clean quiet and smooth, and provided an excellent way to rural Spain. Overall an excellent trip. Looking forward to more during our visit this me
ALSA is an on-time company and provides a comfortable ride. The drivers are helpful even if they may not speak English. The buses we have taken so far have wifi which is great.
Been in Europe for 2 weeks, taken 6 buses so far. This is by far the best and cleanest, hands down better than competition, would def travel with Asla again.
Driver significantly lacked any customer service skills. I hit my head against the bar on the shelf above the seat. It bed profusely but no assistance was offered by the driver. Otherwise it was a seamless trip.
I didn’t know where to catch the bus from. There needs to be some some signs . The 12.55 Alsa time to go to Valencia did not appear on the board tjeeefore when it was late I thought it might have been cancelled
The bus was nice, new and clean. The bus driver however was not very good. Fidgeting constantly and running into the other lane. Appeared as though he was struggling to stay awake.
It took the bus from Barcelona to Valencia instead of 4 1/2 hours - eight hours. We were exhausted and lost half of the day in Valencia of our trip. I am very disappointed
I missed the bus because of a late train. I had no way of fixing this and, if it wasn’t for a very helpful driver I could of been stuck in Barcelona for the night with no accommodation
Bus was great, clean toilet, phone charger. Good wifi. There was a water leak above the seats which wasnt so great for my bag. But overall the trip was fine
Overall, trip was good but I did not have access to charger because there was only one working on between me and the other guest. The usb outlets did not work.
