Everything perfect, from the information desk, the driver and the journey itself.
All right ... very right , but a bit of English???
The only negative side of the bus is the on board wifi is weak and doesn’t work at all.Perhap, ALSA could improve it.
Night ride from BCN to MAD, driver should assume people will sleep, turn the music off and the lights out..
Everything went well. :)
My husband and I had a wonderful experience taking the bus from Barcelona to Madrid. The bus was very comfortable and clean with TV screens and a place to charge your electronic devices. The ride was very smooth and we enjoyed the scenery along the way. We had no issue with the traffic and the driver was very professional and courteous. It was a very comfortable ride and I would recommend this to everyone.
We arrived a bit early even. But I think that was amazing. The staff was nice. The bus was well equiped. I had 0 problems.
The driver could only speak Spanish in announcement and breaks so I didn’t understand anything and I couldn’t go out during the stops because I didn’t know how much time we have and I was afraid to miss it! Please teach them English !!
Muy puntual peor muy incomodo para ser un autobús nocturno.
ALSA bus driver was great and polite. Even thou he didn’t make the announcement in English and we didn’t know it was toilet break or dropping off passengers.. AC was good. Punctuality was EXCELLENT! (Have been taking a lot of different companies buses for the past 2.5 months from Eastern to Western Europe) The only thing was that the light could be much dimmer as it was a overnight bus. Overall, nth beat the experience ALSA has given me so far! (Way better than Fxxxbus)
I liked the service but WiFi was not good. Please improve on the speed.
Nice drive, clean and enough space
on timw departure and arrival but the bus is just not suited for long time travel especially overnight travel. There is no space and recliner is also not good
Comfortable buses, nice drivers. The only thing I didn't like was that it is prohibited to take off shoes.
Loren luxury than I expected
Thanks for thé confortable trip
It was an outstanding service, bus extremely comfortable and quiet, toilet clean, no odour.. comfortable seats, tv screen good! Best ever!!
My ticket said bus Number 1 seat 57 . So I went to the station that said #1 and waited for the bus. It was only by chance that I heard that the Alsa bus to Madrid at station # 27 was leaving . I had to run to the bus and beg to get on .
Everything was perfect but the bathroom didn't work.
I love ALSA. The wifi was really good. The service too. We got the first and second seat, so extra leg room for us, yeay! Not sure about the toilet. Didn’t know if there is a toilet or not, or whether it’s clean or dirty (if the bus has one).
Great first experience!
Very quick efficient service
Its was nice, the driber wass soo goodd
The other ALSA bus I have taken (Porto to Tui) was much more comfortable. It had more leg room and a drop down tray. Here, when the person in front put their seat back, it squished my legs, and their head was so close I could smell their hair!
The bus driver was very arrogant. Almost left us at the stop. The bus driver dis not speak any other language then spanish. He did not let us get something from bag before leaving (10min before)
