Greyhound is hit or miss, but this time we had kind and understanding drivers. We had no issues getting to Montreal on time. Granted, the bus was far from being full.
Very good service
The bus Driver was very informative
My bus has been canceled and I did not receive this information ! Then I have 50$ of fees for Uber. Unbelievable!
It’s was very good drivers was very professional thumb up
Nothing i liked my trip
Very kind and helpful. Very professional.
Bad experience overall, arrived 2 hours late and the wifi did not work
Concernant le Wi-Fi qui n'est pas disponible durant ce long trajet. Je n'apprécie pas
Not only was there but late arriving in Boston and then, as a result leaving, no one came to tell us what was going on. We had to go find someone to tell us what was going on. During the trip the first driver got lost and two of the passengers sitting up front we're helping her with directions. When I asked her if she'd gotten turned around, she replied that it had happened multiple times.
Greyhound drivers are really professional and enthusiastic to their jobs. But the staff and service at the Montreal bus station are sloppy and do not consider travelers’ interest. According to my ticket, My destination is Treudau Airport. I have to take the bus to Ottawa, and be dropped at the airport on the way. But this is not well informed, so I missed the bus at 4:00 pm. Then, things were getting worse. A staff let me took a city bus at my cost. I argued with him about this. He started intentionally teasing me. I trapped in the bus station until 6:30 pm. They did not do their jobs, but blamed me for all this trouble. I feel really frustrated and humiliated.
My bus was supposed to leave Boston at 2:00. It only left at 3:10. We where only supposed to make one other stop on the way to Montreal. It made about 6 stops. It looked like they put the 2:00 bus with the 2:30. We had to work today at 7 am and only got home at to Montreal at 1:00 am. Very disappointed won’t do that again.
The bus driver was a replacement who didnt know how to get to montreal. Original driver didnt show up. The bus was very hot for 90% of the trip. I will do my best to never go greyhound again
Stopped in wrj but told only 10 min thought it was going to be 1/2 hr to stretch and get something to eat. Other stops no offer to get off bus for few min
The trip was great until about Sherbrooke Que. In all fairness, the late arrival was due to horrendously slow traffic due to road construction. Our drivers, Davon(Deron?) could not have been more professional. I do, however, have a claim in for the Rigaud Que/ Ottawa route which has not yet been satisfied.
I really appreciate my trip with Greyhound!
This time was everything OK, but in other times...
Extremely unprofessional, especially second driver.
Very professional drivers. Ride was smooth. Bus developed a mechanic problem so there was a slight delay. Overall the experience was wonderful
Blake the driver was very nice
Τhere was not internet connection during the trip
Clean bus, not too crowded, departed and arrived on time. Electric outlets provided (though mine wasn't working), along with free Wifi (slow but serviceable)
A bit cold
All was OK , the customs was the problem . The Bus was not rrsponsable
The arrival timing was not so much a problem, but the fact that we had to wait such a long time to board the bus. We were told to arrive 45 minutes early, but the bus didn’t show up till well after the departure time. We made the time up later, but that doesn’t excuse making people stand in a line for upwards of an hour.
I really like my travel
No wifi on the bus it wasn’t good like that for a long trip
I was very mad because the bathroom wasn't workng, as a diabetic patient I have to suffer with my need to use the bathroom as I need and a couple of us were on the same situation. How do u explain also the bus was dirty and not clean?..I was very upset but made it to Canada thanks to God. If I have to do that same experience again on Saturday that will be mad.
