Our bus was late but the driver was most friendly and cheerful and made sure we made up for the late departure. However, the ground personnel at the station could have provided a bit more information about the delay.
Not too goodbye
Everything was wrong when I showed up. The woman wouldn't give me a ticket. She wouldn't accept my military I.D. as a substantial form of identification.
It was amazing! The driver was personable, professional and safety conscious. We got to stop for a break and even arrived to our destination early. The bus was fantastic: comfortable seating and temperature and even putlets!
Clean, on time, power outlet was good, wifi not so good.
Poor customer service
Fine bus ride, served it's purpose as comfortably as possible.
Return bus didn't have any wifi
Smooth, quick trip
Waited 40 minutes to get on the bus with no explanation why and when can get on
Driver was professional, kind and calm as we all worried that the torrential rain would keep us from our destination on time. He was wonderful and I can't recommend him enough!
First time riding the bus usually rent a car to go from Boston to Albany probably won't do that anymore and ride the bus
Well- the bus driver left for 40 minutes without saying why and then people had to body slam themselves into the bumper to get the bumper back on. We then were stranded in Springfield and had no way to get to Albany.
The only negative thing is the bus smelt like urine. It smelt sooo bad where I almost vomited.
Bus Boston-Albany was one hour late. Greyhound buses are just unreliable.
sorry I only gave 1 star on the first question, I meant 5.I was pleasantly surprised. It was quiet, the driver very friendly.
The bus itself was pretty run down in comparison to Concord Trailways.
Bus was 45 min. late with no information provided by staff; Bus arrived and left with no passengers on board and bus changed gate with no notification. Absolutely awful.
The bus broke down twice on my trip. I felt very unsafe and the bus driver did not give us any answers
Could not print ticket at kiosk. Ridiculous that greyhound still requires paper tickets in this day and age. No information at bus terminal on arrival and departures, and no staff on site to answer questions. Overall lack of communication and organization.
Traffic was backed up on the pike, so we were delayed an hour. Not Peter Pan‘s fault
Fast and efficient
The bus had no heat I couldn't feel me toes or fingers tips I was very disappointed in greyhound and I didn't get any compensation or apologies.
Stop spamming me with so much emails and I'd give you a higher score.
The bus was 1.5 hr later. None provided any information about the situation. The bus was dirty, no seatbelt, the air vents at the top of the chairs weren't working, the seats push bottom to change the position was broken, the driver was talking on the phone, the bus was too hot, the driver got upset when asked lo lower the heat, when the driver was talking nothing clear was coming out of the speakers... I will never recommend this bus line ever.
It was really hot!
