I was given the opportunity to select a seat when purchasing ticket. However it was not the seat I was forced to sit in during the journey. Why bother giving riders the option if in the end they aren’t allowed to sit in that seat? I have a bad back so it matters to me.

The ticket was issued for the wrong day and i could only change it by going to the depot in person, which I could not do, so I lost my money.

I'm indifferent because I did not use my bus ticket. I didn't realize I booked it via the main Cancun bus terminal and not via ADO at CUN. I had to re-book with ADO once I realized it was too costly for a taxi to the Cancun bus terminal
