Awful, I thought I bought 2 tickets and when I went back to buy a second ticket for m’y husband your system blocked me , therefor the ticket went to waste
Simple, comfortable, easy and cheap. All qualities we were looking for in transport. Only thing to mention was the temperature in the bus before departure, took some time to get cool.
Be aware of the bus names. They don’t always say what is marked on the ticket. My bus was there but I almost missed it because it didn’t have the name that matched and the attendants didn’t speak English, which made exchanging info entertaining! The ride was good but I ended up buying two tickets because I didn’t understand one bus goes to all terminals even if it has one terminal on the ticket. Best to invest in Spanish classes!
Usually good service but not this time : staff was not polite in Tulum, bus was late at departure and even more late at arrival so we missed our connection. Bus was not clean
The trip was very unpleasant since the AC was barely working. It is unacceptable to leave passengers under these conditions considering the high temperatures. Especially knowing that there were children and old adults on the bus. I strongly recommend checking if the Air Conditioning works in the whole bus and not only at the front. Keep in mind that we were stuck in traffic for 1 hour, the trip ended up being 3 hours total and people were not feeling well.
Usually Ado is on point and on time. The bus left the station one hour and 15 min late. The staff didn’t know when it was arriving. No guidance. I was surprised. Usually always on time. It was a disappointment for sure. That was the route from Tulum to Cancun Centro. We got to Cancun Centro about 1,5hrs later than expected. Thank god we didn’t have anything planned or to go to except the hotel.
Late bus, unclear communication, employee at bus stop made joke about bus being more than two hours late even though everyone trying to make their flight was stressed out trying to get information, driver drove well under the speed limit the entire time despite knowing he was already late. No communication about how late. Many people missed their flight. Our bus arrived at the airport one hour and twenty minutes late.
The buses are decent but the stations (Cancun and Tulum) need a lot. With the majority being tourists, there are no monitors or ways to know your bus has arrived or is ready to depart without asking an attendant. We almost missed our bus out of Cancun simply because we had no idea it was even boarding
Would be nice if the driver said the terminals in English as I got dropped at the wrong terminal almost missed my flight and cost me $40 USD to go from terminal 3 to 4 couldn’t wait for the free shuttle :(
The driver took a detour through Ramal a central Vallarta. We were 15 minutes away from
cancun and the driver took a LONG detour to the other side and then went to Cancun central. We were 1h10mins delayed. He did not make any annoucements nor he apologised. It was a very bad experience especially seeing a driver change the road to a place that looks like a jungle, not a highway; it was stressful.
If we did not go early no one would have informed us that our bus was cancelled and we had to leave with an earlier bus. Also when changing my ticket they changed my seats even though they were still available.
Driver was not very friendly. Most are. He was also a very impatient driver, beeping his horn frequently and not letting a car in front when lanes merging in traffic when clearly all other drovers where cooperating. I don't think his job should be driving
