I love the driver.. he's so professional and his hospitality was just on point. I was expecting the big bus and that was why I booked Nordic bus but was disappointed when I saw small shuttle bus.. am very tall and my leg got stucked and blood cldnt flow through my legs which caused pains in the body due to the small space in the small bus. However, I thank God for safe trip. The journey was smooth.

It was goodish. The driver was friendly and seat was comfy. Just shocked that no outside food or drink is allowed, yet they have nothing to offer on the bus…I had to throw away a full smoothie before I got on. They had some random beans for sale and processed cookies. Inconvenient as I have a child with me and the ride is long to not have her be able to eat a snack. The tickets were the same price as the train or any other bus so probably wouldn’t use this company again.

The bus ride was good, but the location downtown Rideau street dept and arrival location is such a stretchy and unsafe area. People in that area are coming up to me, that are on drug or something and I did not feel safe, that I had to go to the metro grocery store to feel safe until the Maplebus arrived. I would feel more safe if the bus would dept and arrive by Chateau Laurier hotel or in that area. Even Lord Elgin Hotel area is safer!
