It was a comfortable ride . The bus was clean, and arrived on time. Even though we were on the wrong side of the terminal the bus waited for us till we reached the right gate. We even received a call 10 mins before departure confirming if we were going to board.
Great experience on my first trip. A few logistical problems due to being a brand new operation, but nothing that impacted service greatly.
Hope they take over some of the local routes that Greyhound abandoned, like Ottawa to Toronto via highway 7.
They oversold my 2:30 bus to Toronto - and so we had to wait for another one to be delivered which took an hr. We were all standing in a line for 90 minutes or more. The worst part was that there ZERO announcements. No idea why the bus was oversold. No apologies. No explanations. Clearly Greyhound didn’t care.
