MapleBus offers spacious seating and free Wi-Fi, which many passengers appreciate. However, there are concerns about communication regarding stops and outdated information. Some users experienced discomfort due to unclear policies on food consumption and baggage fees. Additionally, issues with cleanliness in the onboard facilities were noted by travelers.
The bus driver was very friendly and polite. The bus was small and one of the front windows had a bit of a leak (was raining), however it was clean, ticket was very affordable and seats were really comfortable. No drinks or snacks on the bus however the driver was kind enough to let me leave my snack & reusable water bottle in my carry on. Was offered a bathroom/stretch break which was nice. The only issue I had was the person in the seat in front of me reclined so far back and the top of his seat was very close to me- maplebus should consider limiting how far back the seats can recline. Overall I would recommend this bus to others and use it again!

It was goodish. The driver was friendly and seat was comfy. Just shocked that no outside food or drink is allowed, yet they have nothing to offer on the bus…I had to throw away a full smoothie before I got on. They had some random beans for sale and processed cookies. Inconvenient as I have a child with me and the ride is long to not have her be able to eat a snack. The tickets were the same price as the train or any other bus so probably wouldn’t use this company again.

pick-up and drop-off location was different than shown on tickets and very dangerous, have to walk on a hiway ramps on a snowbank.to reach the bus. Because have vision problem and weeltrans could not take meto a new location miss my ride to Ottawa. Had to wait on hour to get another weeltrans ride home and new ticket for$45 çd
