It was first my first bus experience. I felt awkward to be bribed to leave a review for a bag a chips and bottle of water.. and rhe driver wasn't presenting this in a positive mood as well. I had no clue what was happening during this and communicated that too him. He ignored me and just got in the drivers seat and went on. I will bring my own snack next time. But I heard that not allowed.😡

The first bus provided (Ottawa-STC) was really comfy with a good recliner seats. The bus from STC-Ottawa was CRAMPED. I wish you'll try procuring the same vehicle brand & design that drove me from OTTAWA/BAYSHORE-STC.

The drop off location was on the on-ramp, the driver purposely left without a passenger who had to go to the bathroom but the driver refused to wait, and the bus doesn’t have bathrooms… really disappointed
