The trip was quite enjoyable - it was a nice experience overall. The only thing I found bothersome was that two women were seated at the front and back, consuming fast food that had a strong smell after our break, which filled the bus with an unpleasant odor. That was not great. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

It was first my first bus experience. I felt awkward to be bribed to leave a review for a bag a chips and bottle of water.. and rhe driver wasn't presenting this in a positive mood as well. I had no clue what was happening during this and communicated that too him. He ignored me and just got in the drivers seat and went on. I will bring my own snack next time. But I heard that not allowed.😡

I have to submit a formal complaint, and seek a refund. My bus ticket was for 11:30 yesterday. Approaching the bus stand at 11:15, I noticed a bus leaving. It was surely not my bus, leaving 15 minutes early, and without me! So I sat and waited for the following hour and a half for my bus to come. It did not. So, in the end I had to conclude that my bus had indeed left 15 minutes early, without me, and my plans for the weekend were completely ruined. Surely MapleBus has a passenger list, knows that I am travelling from Brockville to Toronto, and should wait until 11:30. Insane. Or perhaps my bus didn't come at all, as the bus leaving at 11:15 was a 'Mega Bus'. Please let me know how to follow up for a complete refund. Thank you.

Bus was early and didn’t even waiting to receive all the passengers. Money got wasted. Never booking it again.

The driver was so kind and the internet is fast. The trip all is well. For sure I'll book and ride again.
