Greyhound Gainesville West Palm Beach recent customer reviews
Bus left on time in Gainesville and we waited 3 hours in Orlando for a new driver. Terrible service. Got late to an important appointment. I won’t use this service anymore

Greyhound has a wonderful reputation, but I have switched to smaller companies recently because of how rude and mean the workers are. 4/5 are always cursing, yelling, and being snarky. I have been referred to as “white boy” among other things. I’m not even white.
