Terrible. It was set up for a time then Greyhound kept changing it and we got different emails from other ppl and missed the bus because I believe it was related to time change

Not worth the expense for what I received, also both bus stations were overrun by homeless begging for money and cigarettes. The employees in the Knoxville station were rude and made a bad experience worse.

It was a great trip. The bus driver was obviously kind and wanted everyone to have the exact right information regarding stops ect. My only complaint is the signage at the Knoxville bus station it’s very hard to know where to line up to board. Knoxville needs some information screens or something.
