The staff did not communicate well at all. I asked numerous times if I was at the gate to the correct bus and they looked at me as if I wasn't speaking English. Then the man looked at my ticket and said "yup." Only, he was wrong. I got on the wrong NYC- bound bus, and my trips took 2 hours longer. Luckily they let me stay on the other bus when we discovered the mix up in Philadelphia. I would just relay the message that not everyone takes buses all the time and understands what is what and where to go.

Loved: I was alone for 2 seats. Did not love: the way a driver treated me. I think I had a challenge of language barrier, I was not understanding his speech sometimes. When I came up to him to clarify the things, he started to get angry and was frustrated. therefore, when he sees people coming to him to clarify somethings, I would suggest to gently explain everything instead getting emotional and angry. Thanks.
