I am so appreciative of my experience. The bus drivers were kind, helpful, efficient, and ensured our safety. The bus was very comfortable. Lots of good movies and beautiful scenery. I would absolutely book with Pullman Bus again. Highly recommend
Well driven, reasonably comfortable, left on-time but took closer to 12 hours than the scheduled 10 without any obvious delays.
First experience with overnight bus. Much better than expected, so comfortable and great service by staff
I never had such a bad experience in a bus. The girl in the andesmar desk in the station was extremely rude, the bus was late both leaving and arriving. But the worst part ,the aircondition was leaking right above our heads it was impossible to seat and we couldn't change seats because they were all full.We wraped a towel around it but still not effective.Bad bad experience.Avoid!
AC shut down for an hour i had to sit in front even though was very hot. He was very unfriendly did not even take my food order (12 hours drive).
Good staff, caring and communicating. However, we arrive at destination with one hour delay without any explication. Moreover, the electric plugs didn’t work, which is quite bad for a 10 hours trip.
Good journey. A little late but nice to wake up to a small breakfast
Was good but quite complex to understand where to go and wait for the bus. Nobody could help in English.
Usb ports didn't work, wifi cut and out. Did not drop me at specified destination. Left Santiago at 12:30am. Was at least able to make up some time.
Late to set off but arrived early to destination. Very comfortable bus - huge seats. Coffee given in morning
I would rate 5* if the food provided was better (quality and quantity) , everything else was excellent!
Terrible! Bus broke down and waited on the side of the road for 5 hours for a new one to arrive. We weren’t given any information on what was going on and staff said they didn’t have an emergency number for Pullman to contact for such events.
Comfortable, I could sleep in the semi bed chair (I am 1.85m tall) A little problem with the feet resting part that the staff fixed in the way. Takes some time to live Santiago because if does 3 stops in other nearby tetminals
my email said San Borja station, my bus was at Alameda. Confusing.
Poor service, dirty toilette, no Water to drinks, no light for Reading, old bus, awful snacks, red light display ALL night long
The bus was a few minutes late picking us up in Santiago. Not speaking much Spanish, this had us worried we missed it. Once on it, however, everything went smoothly. The ride was comfortable and there was plenty of room in the seats.
The bus arrived 1hour late! The aircon was too high, the bus was freezing!
They changed starting gate and was not wrote on the timetable, plus their stand was close (the only one) So i lost the bus. Worste service ever
