Super-late pickup. Actually... I got lucky. I was not on their list (even though the bus was almost five hours late, with no explanation). The driver had just stopped for a bathroom break. After checking my confirmation, he took me, but that was by luck because he was not supposed to stop there. Had he not been pressed to take a bathroom break, I would've just seen the bus driving by without picking me up.

They changed my to Eagle liner and condition of the bus was bad with no heater

The bus was 45 minutes late but that was not surprising for "on the way" stops. The door broke when they arrived but they fixed it before we left. After all that the journey was good one and I got to my destination in time.

The coach drivers are really not courteous to passengers - The bus was extremely late to arrive in Aliwal North and there was no explanation, nor courteous messages sent out; The bus was full with drivers having no knowledge of the passengers to expect; at Park station, they were utterly rude to the on-boarding passengers to PTA and Midrand - The bus was full and the onbaording passengers were shoyted at to get out of the bus without being given any explanation - is there any other coach to board to PTA? When can it be expected to arrive? etc.

Worst service ever
Bus was supposed to pick us up at 20h40 Bus arrived at 04h45 waited the whole night at pickup. We drove 2 hours bus got stuck we had to help driver to fix the bus 😡so we can get to our destination. I would never ever recommend this bus service to anyone.
