I’m very disappointed, my bus didn’t even stop where I had to wait. I ended up paying for another bus as there was no other bus coming through to Aliwal North going to Pretoria

My first trip with Eagle Liner exceeded my expectation. For example, the bus arrived exactly at 20:15 on 27 September 2024 in Maletswai aka Aliwal North and I arrived in Pretoria exactly at 5:00. The driver, I wish I knew his name, made my “journey by bus” enjoyable by, among other things, allowing passengers to stretch their legs.

The bus was 45 minutes late but that was not surprising for "on the way" stops. The door broke when they arrived but they fixed it before we left. After all that the journey was good one and I got to my destination in time.

The coach drivers are really not courteous to passengers - The bus was extremely late to arrive in Aliwal North and there was no explanation, nor courteous messages sent out; The bus was full with drivers having no knowledge of the passengers to expect; at Park station, they were utterly rude to the on-boarding passengers to PTA and Midrand - The bus was full and the onbaording passengers were shoyted at to get out of the bus without being given any explanation - is there any other coach to board to PTA? When can it be expected to arrive? etc.

This time I did not enjoy at all Because the bus was very late no apologies . The heater was not working at back and was very cold.

The driver was very rude, I paid for two tickets and 1 for my niece, but I had to carry her.

My first trip by Greyhound your bus is very very cold I never enjoy the trip infact i didn't sleep because of the coldness last part when we r at park station we offloaded to City liner tht was very cold even last last part City liner broke as breakdown in the middle of the rd in twn I end up talking Bolt m not satisfied at all

The journey was pleasant, skillful and safe driving. The bus itself was comfortable. My only worry is that it arrived later than scheduled in Aliwal North and went all the way to Germiston, which was not specified on the route and eventually arrived in Pretoria much later than scheduled.

Worst service ever Bus was supposed to pick us up at 20h40 Bus arrived at 04h45 waited the whole night at pickup. We drove 2 hours bus got stuck we had to help driver to fix the bus 😡so we can get to our destination. I would never ever recommend this bus service to anyone.

The bus was on time from and to our destinations. The drivers were kind. I really enjoyed my trip my trip with delta coaches.

Unfortunately there is nothing I enjoyed. Firstly, the bus arrived at 23:00 pm while it was supposedly arriving at 20:15 pm. There was no acknowledge of the lateness - the driver was so rude making it difficult to even ask anything related to the trip. The bus was carrying way over its capacity, our safety was compromised. There were people standing in the passage throughout the journey - breathing in this cold weather with the deadly flu that has been announced in the country was also a biggest challenge . The bus is also not branded 😫 it took us time to realise it’s actually the busy we’ve been waiting for. I can never recommend it to anyone nor will I ever use the services ❌ the windows are also not well monitored, air comes through even when they are closed - another health hazard.
