The bus was late with almost 2 hours, but they did communicate the delay with me. Another thing there is no comfortability inside the bus, the reclining chairs are so close to each other.

The bus never pitched. I waited 5 hours in the rain alone in the dark,
I had to hire transport from bredasdorp to Caledon and lost that money due to this bad bus service. I'm very unhappy. I stood at the bus stop from 21h30 to 02h30, this is unacceptable

The bus stopped at Tsitsikamma and the bus driver never said that its a quick stop and no one must get off. 8 guys got off to stretch legs and the driver saw us. He closed the doors and drove off. Despite some of us banging on the doors. He just left. We had to walk and hike to Jeffreys Bay 110km away.. R200 later for taxi fare to greet the bus again in Jeffreys bay.
