I've been traveling alot,and this is my 1st time traveling with "intercity" I must say their service was excellent.The bus was very nice and clean,it has aircons,toilet was very nice and clean,you can also charge your phone while traveling. Another thing the bus arrived on time for departure and we arrived exacly the time it had on my ticket.we only had two stops for break.And the drivers were both very friendly and so helpful. I had a smooth and comfortable trip even the other passengers was super friendly.

Enjoyed- the driver was polite and his instructions were clear. Didn’t enjoy- driver became tired during the trip which is considered a hazard as anything could happen. Is there no way to have at least two drivers per bus? One driver will get a chance to rest while the other drives. I could tell that the trip took a strain on the driver and I’m worried about the safety of passengers in the future. - The bus was not on time and when we arrived at park station, there was a 30+ delay. Passengers who were already seated were asked to leave and go to another bus. This was unorganised which caused certain passengers to be unsettled and worried. This wastes time and causes major delays.
