I loved that they were on time and that passengers were checked by name at several stops. The drivers were friendly and patient. The bus was clean and comfortable. Only problem was that not all the charging ports were working .

Good driver who is patient with passengers, but the toilet was out of order if someone was in trouble we would’ve suffered, but the rest we had a good journey.

The bus got to park station on time but for someone reason we were late to board and even got to port elizabeth behind Time. I like the fact that the charging port worked and the bus was warm.

I booked a intercity express bus so I can be comfortable and have enough room for my legs, however the bus company brought a eagle liner bus to the bus terminal for us to board on. The bus had windscreen wipers that didn't work and it was raining on the day. I had no choice but the travel with that bus because it was late at night and they said the will not bring another bus to take us to Johannesburg.

The bus was nearly an hour late. It was clever, to save time, but irritating to have to swap buses at Harrismith. Dropping me off against the barriers on the main road and telling me to jump over them on to a wet, muddy and hilly border( a 63 year old with 2 metal knees) was completely ridiculous. The fact that despite the time saving effort I arrived an hour late wasn't great. Actually not sure 2 stars were deserved. Won't use the service again.

I booked Intercity Xpress but boarded Eagle Liner which I ddnt book, nothing was explained to us on departure. Very dissatisfied!!

I had a front row seat, which was great because I have cramping legs. What I did not enjoy is that the passenger next to me was playing loud music on his portable music device. At certain stops there were no security and assistance for the driver, his cell phone got stolen at one such stop.

I enjoyed the music, the reclining seat, and the clean bus. I didn't like that it was extremely hot in the bus also the driver refused to help me with getting my suitcases out of the storage

Bus was late and in-between our trip they wanted us to swap busses and the driver of the other bus was rude as well,I was traveling with my kids so that was such an inconvenience, the bus was too cold the air-conditioning was high but they saw that there are kids on the bus

My trip was superb, the bus was on time & it was very comfortable, the driver was friend & giving regular updates of stopping stations, in general it was a lovely experience. I would recommend this bus to anyone who is looking for a world class experience, it really exceeded my expectations, it will really give its counterparts a run for their money

The bus was late by 30minutes with the manager saying " there's nothing i can as I have no control over this the driver took the bus and I dont know where to "passengers were fighting over buses when there arrived as nobody knew if they had a bus or not my God the worse part seats were all wet so we had to use our clothes or that white head thing to seat on ,bus stopped in Harrismith for no reason given to passengers for 30 minutes and odd bus was suppose to arrive at 6am but arrived after 8am when we got of the bus our pants and skirts were brown in colour having no where to change in walk in public like that .

Intercity bus got stuck on the way,we traveled more than the anticipated time Secondly the toilet was smelling in the bus the whole trip,that's unhygienic and also poses a health hazard,I don't think I'll ever use Intercity again

Bus was late, no one picks up the phone numbers listed. All the seats in the bus were soaking wet. Staff are rude including the driver. Overall the worst experience ever!

I have traveled frequently with Intercity and found their service excellent. I have just done my first trip since Covid and there is definitely a problem with their scheduling. Having to change busses and very late pick up and arrivals is not acceptable. The busses have always had toilets, now it seems they have been dispensed with. Think about it. People coming from South Coast eg Port Shepstone, they have to wait until Harrismith for first chance to get off bus. Long hauls should always have that available or schedule more stops.
