Safe trip, great drivers. Not on time, seats not wide enough for long people. More leg room. TV screens must be switch off, because they never work, irretation to eyes. I suggest they give driver's USB with christen movies on like war room, the forge, or true stories etc.

They departed late hence they lost one star from me but I arrived 1 hour early from the expected arrival time. The bus was smooth and clean. Although I was setting near the toilet there was little to no smell. The bus drivers where humble and polite and obeyed the road rules. Overall I will recommend Intercity express to provide communication when they are running late. But overall I am very impressed with their service I will give it a 5 star

Comfortable, but the driver advised that I should get off at Cape Town Bus Station instead of Bellville. My son had to drive to get me in Cape Town which was quite inconvenient.
