Poor!!! Firstly the payement did not go through and then a mailed was sent daying it will reverse and then it went through with the 2nd payement and now no one is replying to mails or whatsapps. With this we requested if there is leg room as I am on crutches and there was none! I could not sit properly for 16 hours!!!
This is the wors bus service, the bus was two hours late and this is not the first or second time that I have experienced this with this bus service
I'm very disappointed because first of all the bus was an hour late after that the consultant lied about the bus being on the way within 15 minutes, number 2..the bus was smelling horrible as the was no air fresheners for its toilet, the usb charging pots were off and everytime we asked to charge by the driver, he never cared or responded. The other thing was that, the bus kept stopping a lot and we arrived an hour an 30 minutes late from the arrival destination. I don't wish to return with this bus to go back home. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone

So so disappointed the bus late by 3 hrs. After the full whole 3 hrs of waiting there comes a very old dirty bus full of cockroaches, smelling urine, aircon not functioning .
Our USB ports didn't even work, We were stuck on the side of the road for 5 hours and we were late for our book in time where we were living. We had a Very bad experience from the so called best Bus service in the industry.
