I understand that any car can have mechanical problem, however the management kept us waiting for 2 hours after the bus overheated. Just few kilometers from PRETORIA where there is a depot. It's so unprofessional and undermining the travellers who some where even late for work. No communication no apologies.

The worst, i called their callcenter to inform them im running late; the lady hung up on me & When i got there the bus was gone. Called again & the guy said he cant do anything, all i need to do is to book another bus!!

We were waiting for the bus from 09:00 am till 18:00 pm. The bus never arrived. After phoning inquiries we were told the bus would leave at 16:pm, that also wasn't true.

I am not happy with the fact the there was a 2 hour delay and i did not receive communication for the delay. I was informed by the customer care agent that my cell number was not captured right when i made the booking . I have made bookings in the past the same way i did with yesterdays booking and i don't understand why things were different now.
