Passengers have praised the bus service for its friendly and accommodating drivers, as well as comfortable rides without speeding. However, there are consistent reports of delays with limited communication about these issues. Some users also noted that maintenance on buses could be improved to prevent disruptions during trips.
Firstly , We got another bus that didn’t have enough legroom that was not an intercape bus . Going we were seated next to the toilet and we had to tell each and every passenger to close the toilet door we did this from Johannesburg to Ladysmith , we also don’t have a garage stop out of Johannesburg, imagine there are passengers who are excited to go home so they don’t eat when they are home preparing for the bus trip we only got a garage stop at Montrose literally right at the end of the trip , imagine travelling on an empty stomach and only eating 5 hours after because that’s the only main stop where passengers are allowed to buy ,then coming back Ladysmith to Johannesburg we had to wait 40 mins imagine what time we had arrived 2 hours earlier so it was a total of 2hours 40 mins then going to Johannesburg the bus had too many stops along the way , that we were not informed about which is unfair , because normally we know that pick up and drop off are at main cities

The bus arrived extremely late. I was already at the departure point by 3:30 after receiving an SMS at 3:15 informing me of a one-hour delay. Based on that, I expected the bus to arrive at 4:15, but it only arrived at 5:50. I had to report to work at 8:00, and this delay caused me a great deal of inconvenience—not to mention the money I paid specifically to arrive early in Johannesburg and be on time for work. I am very disappointed with this service.
