The bus arrived extremely late. I was already at the departure point by 3:30 after receiving an SMS at 3:15 informing me of a one-hour delay. Based on that, I expected the bus to arrive at 4:15, but it only arrived at 5:50. I had to report to work at 8:00, and this delay caused me a great deal of inconvenience—not to mention the money I paid specifically to arrive early in Johannesburg and be on time for work. I am very disappointed with this service.

It was a terrible experience. My daughter and I sat next to the toilet it was smelling so bad.we had to put on mask and spray with perfume. I so disappointed. Sitting next to a toilet is ok but a smelling one .it's a no no

I enjoyed my trip. It was fast ,a little hot due to the heater on the entire trip. And also I want to add that ,my phone screen cracked and my ticket was on it,so I wrote my reference on a piece of paper and showed my drivers license as proof of who I am. I didn't see the need to get me off the bus and think I'm not supposed to be there. I was sent to get a paper with the same details I provided at start.

The bus was very late, an hour late. In Johannesburg it arrived 2 hours late, had transportation problems to continue with my trip from Johannesburg. The stuff is horrible, they did not even apologize nor do explain their reason of being late. Never again will I be buying a ticket if Citiline
