The buss was supposed to leave the pick up stop at 11:55 am They sent communication that it is running two hours late but ended up 4hrs late with no further communication. I won't talk about the break downs that it had, no apologies no back up plans. They don't care about their customers we had to suffer and wait, and yet we payed.
