I enjoyed that the bus was on time but everything was not OK the toilet couldn't flush the door of the toilet was broken and I kept locking myself in everything about the bus was wrong

i did not like the fact that we where 1 hour late due to one person being careless with their phone where we had to go the to the police station for a search, but overall it was great trip.

The bus was late. The staff delayed to get us in the bus because they forgot the manifest. The waiting area is bad. The bus was noisy, there was a constant loud beeping sound. I think the driver was driving over his speed limit and left the alarm beeping for hours on end. This trip was just horrible

The bus is uncomfortable, the sits are too close, no leg space or even sitting room, I hate that I paid the normal amount equal to other luxury busses and yet it was the worst trip ever, I don't recommend anyone to take those busses...
