Bus Tickets from Pretoria to Kimberley

Bus has too many refreshments stops, which affects our travelling time. Some charging ports were not working

Very bad it was extremely late and they didn’t have the decency to inform us that the bus was late I had to arrive extremely late at home

The sits were comfortable, the staff was friendly, everything was in order the Miki screen, the aircon, the toilet, EVERYTHING.

The Bus was well maintained and coordinated in terms of order and overall it was a nice and smooth travel

Extremely satisfying experience. The information updates of the different stops,as also the rules in and off the Bus

The bus was super clean, the service was exceptional, it was my 1at time traveling with a bus and actually enjoying the experience

There was good communication from the driver which I liked but the bus was too cold as the air conditioning was open during the whole night. I honestly was literally freezing

Dissatisfied because bus got delayed instead of arriving at 8:10 in Kimberly arrived at 23:00 causing a struggle with people who were supposed to fetch us. Nearly had to sleep at the same bus station, such inconvenience to people who took us in.

Unpleasant no air-conditioned, didn't stand on stops for drinks or toilet breaks where we normally do.

The bus was 3 hours late,no explanation nothing,the bus s old,chargers dnt work,xmcockroaches everywhere
