The bus drivers need to communicate in English as well in order to accommodate all passengers. The intercape bus had broken down outside mooi river and the drivers failed to communicate in English leaving some of us highly confused. That is very unprofessional and that needs to be addressed. The changing of busses is also time consuming and frustrating, as passengers we were ought to change busses atleast 3 times. Busses need to be fully checked and serviced before leaving to avoid any breakdowns and inconveniences. I was very unhappy with the service, my arrival time was 5pm and arrived at 9.30 pm. Completely disappointed.
