I really enjoyed the way the bus drivers treated us they were so bubble made sure we were okay all the way what I didn't like was that we were only allowed once at kokstard bus stop to use the outside loo while we were forced to use the inside one that isn't smelling okay 🤦🏽♀️

They really abused me on intercape at first I was charged for changing the date of the bus that was okay then I payed ridiculous amount for my luggage then the bus delayed and also they made me to sit with a passenger that has TB imagine and now I’m affected I can’t sleep at night the busy arrived very late than the expected time it was hot in a bus the driver opened a heater and it was too hot we didn’t stop to buy food we only stopped at kokstad from Eastlondon imagine the toilets were dirty and we had no choice but to use them because the bus didn’t stop
