Bus was dirty. The driver had no co compassion. My husband of 84 had go sit upstair. The driver made no attempt to ask the young ones to go upstairs. The change in busses (Bright Blue) was 100 percent the opposite. Clean and light inside. Never will I do Greyhound and won't recommend them either. The USB port did't work. The air vents above us was broken. Everything was bad. Never again.
