The person driving the bus did not know her way around New York
Driver at Amherst was a bit rude. Maybe he should realise that not all people travelling are American and not all know how the bus service works

The Springfield to NYC leg of the trip was nearly an hour early. That's what I like to see
Very difficult to find bus gate, unclear communication. Bus was 2 hours late arriving to New York City.
I must say the bus was very good. I did feel sad that the brand new sparkling bus station in Springfield looked lovely but the women's room was not in good repair, already!! the door to my stall would not close because the lock was broken and the air hand dryers were also both broken. Both bus drivers were fine, good driving and the bus from Springfield to Manhattan arrived early in Manhattan although the schedule did seem to be allowing an awful lot of time for that trip.
