Greyhound Atlantic City New York recent customer reviews
The drivers and bus staff were excellent and very friendly, funny, and helpful. However, it was very difficult for me to find where the bus was when arriving at the casino. There was no signage, casino staff appeared annoyed by my questions, and it took way too long to reach a Greyhound customer support by phone (who was also unhelpful). These are minor issues that can easily be resolved with proper signage and directions in emails to customers.
the bus was in late of 2 hours roughly, I had to buy a new ticket with other company in order to avoid to loose flight to come back home!
Horrific, I was in two jobs and set wrong info. But if Ai was in charge would have saw to customers best interest.
Customers have expressed overall satisfaction with the service, mentioning clean and peaceful rides. However, some customers reported issues with not being able to charge their phones and seats being occupied by bags on the return trip. Despite these concerns, the majority of reviews are positive about the courteous drivers and efficient experience provided by OurBus.

The customer service was top notch. I missed my 4pm bus pickup. They were able to transfer my 4pm ticket to the 5:15pm pickup. I made it home safely. Could not ask for anything more.
This was my first time traveling with OurBus. The driver was very courteous and helpful and even asked if I wanted a bottle of water.
Easy and efficient experience. Only downside was that the outlets on the bus didn’t work.
