Good experience

Mary M.June 27, 2019 |

staff member was good but was unsure of the route

Tamara V.April 11, 2019 |

The rudest lady I’ve ever met waited on us at the ticket counter.

Nakira C.March 25, 2019 |

The bus left early and I ended up missing it. When I went to the desk for help, I stood there for 20 minutes and not one attendant was there to assist me. I don’t think I’ll ever ride with Greyhound again.

Finally did something right. Congrats

The Greyhound buses never ever ever stick to schedule. That’s ridiculous !!! Y’all dont even care because everyone complains and it’s the same thing every trip !!

Jaime G.October 11, 2018 |

Ignorant older lady at the greyhound counter then my bus arrived 25 minutes late. Smooth ride and pleasant bus operator tho

Anna K.September 9, 2018 |

First time riding in 15 years. This was the best. Arrived at destination 20 min earlier. Unbelievable. Will consider again. Thank you Greyhound.

Every thing is good except the punctually of time

Justina Lavinia S.August 2, 2018 |

The bus was over 45 min behind the schedule. They offered no explanation for that, no apology... absolutely nothing. Disappointing experience!

Christine D.November 16, 2017 |

When I first walked into the station I was concerned about the cleanliness of the station in AC. However, Greyhound was great, the ticket was easy to purchase online, they had an automated system to get my ticket, the bus was clean, the driver was friendly and it was a quick and easy ride.
